-في التعديل- ان شركة يونيلفر مشرق لمنتجات العناية الشخصية (شركة مساهمة مصرية) المسجلة بتاريخ 24/12/2009، تحت رقم 2519 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/6/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7446/2013، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ 31/12/2012، تعيين السيد محمد غازي خضره كممثل للشركة ووكيلا مسؤولا عن مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان ليحل محل السيد أسيف بويان الممثل الحالي ووكيلها للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور. وقد منح السيد محمد غازي خضره السلطات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
