ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب قائمقام عاليه رقم 972/أد تاريخ 18/7/2013 المتضمن طلب اعفائه من القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية رشميا،

بناء على احالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1571/ب تاريخ 23/7/2013،

بناء على نص المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات وتعديلاته)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 192 تاريخ 2/2/2013، بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: «يتولى رئيس القسم الاصيل في قضاء عاليه القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية رشميا حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد». والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
