ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5818 تاريخ 13/6/2011 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية رقم 940/ب تاريخ 26/4/2013،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة، وتسيير المرفق العام،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عين السيد شريف احمد بدر الدين، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة كفرصير - قضاء النبطية، مختارا بديلا عن المختار المتوفي السيد محمد خليل ريحان وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
