- في التعديل - ان شركة Atlas Interactive Middle East Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 21/6/2006 تحت رقم 2390 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/7/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8554/2013، بأنه بموجب صك قرار المساهمين المتخذ بتاريخ 16/5/2013، وبموجب شهادة تغيير اسم مع مفعول يبدأ ابتداء من 27/5/2013، قد أبدلت اسمها من {Atlas Interactive Middle East Limited} الى {Absolutely Digital Limited}. كما وأنه، بموجب قرار الشركاء المصدق من حكومة دبي/ سلطة المنطقة الحرة لجبل علي/ التسجيل التجاري بتاريخ 27/5/2013، تقرر تعيين السيدة ليال ميشال الحاج لتكون وكيلا عن الشركة مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
