- في التعديل - ان شركة ارامكس الاردن المحدودة (المعروفة ايضا باسم "Aramex" المسجلة بتاريخ 21/1/1988، تحت رقم 921 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/4/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3466/2013، بان هيئة مديري شركة ارامكس الاردن المحدودو (المعروفة ايضا باسم "Aramex") قد اجتمعت في 7/3/2013 وقررت ما يلي: تؤكد هيئة مديري الشركة لفرعها في لبنان بان الهيئة العامة للشركة قد قررت زيادة رأسمالها في اجتماعها غير العادي الذي عقد في 2/12/2012، بمبلغ وقدره /400.000/ فقط اربعمائة الف دينار اردني ليصبح رأسمال الشركة /10.400.000/ فقط عشرة ملايين واربعمائة الف دينار اردني بدل من /10.000.000/ فقط عشرة ملايين دينار اردني. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
