-في التعديل- إن شركة Degrémont S.A.S المسجلة بتاريخ 3/4/2003، تحت رقم 2242 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المسماهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 5/2/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1547/2013، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة المنعقد في 7/12/2011، نقل مركز الشركة الى العنوان التالي: Tour CB21-16 Place de l'Iris-92040 PARIS،LA DEFENSE CEDEX كما قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية المختلطة المنعقدة بتاريخ 23/12/2011 زيادة رأس المال ليصبح: /158،510،660/ يورو فقط مائة وثمانية وخمسين مليون وخمسمائة وعشرة الآف وستمائة وستة وستين يورو. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
