المادة 1

-في التعديل- إن شركة GENERAL ELECTRIC INTERNATIONAL, INC المسجلة بتاريخ 30/7/1963، تحت رقم 313 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/1/2013، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1113/2013، بأنها تعين السيدة دوللي عبود زوجة بطرس صقر وكيلا قانونيا، وتمنحها الصلاحية والسلطة الكاملة للعمل باسم الشركة وعنها بصفة مدير فرع وممثل قانوني للشركة في لبنان، بالإضافة الى صلاحيات أخرى ورد ذكرها في سند التوكيل المؤرخ في 16/11/2012 والنافذ والصالح حتى يتم عزله خطيا أو حتى تاريخ 30/11/2014 أيهما يحصل أولا. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
