إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/1409،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي).

بناء على كتاب صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 861/ق تاريخ 1/3/2014،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 806 تاريخ 18/3/2014،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة العدل بالإنابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب اسم الخبير السيد ماهر حسن خليل من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة جبل لبنان بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
