ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11664 تاريخ 16/1/2014 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف لعام 2014،

وبناء على القرار الوحيد من محضر الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي «بنك عوده سرادار للخدمات الخاصة ش.م.ل» المنعقدة بتاريخ 27/12/2013 القاضي بتعديل تسميته،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 13/8/14 المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 11/3/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل إسم «بنك عوده سرادار للخدمات الخاصة ش.م.ل» المدرج على لائحة المصارف تحت رقم 27 بحيث يصبح «بنك عوده للخدمات الخاصة ش.م.ل».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
