إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 546/ب 2014 تاريخ 22/3/2014،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية المروج - قضاء المتن - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام المتن بالتكليف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية المروج حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
