ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان بالتكليف رقم 637/ب/2014 تاريخ 5/4/2014،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالانابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عين السيد يوسف حليم يونس، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة الكنيسة، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد عبود جرجس فرح ذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
