إن وزير الزراعة،

بناءً على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 6/68 تاريخ 8/1/1968 (تنظيم تجارة الاسمدة والأدوية الزراعية والاعلاف)،

بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 584/2012 - 2013 تاريخ 29/5/2013 القاضي بإبطال القرار رقم 23/1 تاريخ 18/1/2010 لعدم الاختصاص،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الزراعة،

يقرر ما يأتي
