- في التعديل - ان شركة Takeda Pharmaceuticals FZCO المسجلة بتاريخ 17/2/2012، تحت رقم 2648 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/3/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3144/2014، بأنها قد قررت إنهاء عقد استخدام السيد طوني ابكار شماع، اعتبارا من 31/3/2014، وكذلك إلغاء كامل الصلاحيات الممنوحة له بصفته مديرا لمكتب الشركة التمثيلي في لبنان اعتبارا من 31/3/2014 . كما قررت تعيين السيدة ريتا موريس غصين بصفة مديرة للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور اعتبارا من 1/4/2014 مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
