المادة 1

- في التعديل - ان شركة EDF Distribution International SAS المسجلة بتاريخ 22/5/2013 تحت رقم 2665 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/6/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6379/2014، بأنها قد قررت أولاً: تعديل اسم الشركة الى: {EDF International Networks S.A.S.} وثانياً: تعديل موضوع الشركة أي تعديل المادة 3 من النظام الاساسي، وذلك وفقا لما جاء في مقتطف من محضر قرارات الشريك الوحيد المتخذة في 31/3/2014 . كما قرر المدير العام للشركة تغيير اسم فرعها في لبنان من: "ERDF MASHREQ" إلى "EDF IN MASHREQ". وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
