المادة 1

- في التعديل - إن الشركة المتحدة للملابس ش.ذ.م.م. المسجلة بتاريخ 1/7/2013، تحت رقم 2734 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 3/6/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6380/2014، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب القرار الإداري المؤرخ في 7/11/2013، الموافقة على إلغاء وشطب ومحو فرع الشركة في لبنان. وبموجب القرار الإداري المؤرخ في 10/4/2014، تقرر تعيين وتفويض السيدة املي انيار هراوي كمصفية لفرع الشركة في لبنان مع منحها اوسع الصلاحيات لتنفيذ مهمتها المتعلقة بالتصفية والحل والشطب للفرع المذكور. وإشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
