ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل مؤسسة تجارية لدى امانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 13682 تاريخ 5/6/1998 بإسم «كمبيوتايب COMPU TYPE»

لصاحبها السيد فارس حبيب ملكي الذي يوقع عنها بالانفراد.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد فارس حبيب ملكي، والمسجل تحت رقم 812 تاريخ 8/4/2014 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار).

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد فارس حبيب ملكي، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر بإسم «كمبيوتايب COMPU TYPE يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
