إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (الإجراءات الضريبية) لاسيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 30/6/2014 ضمنا، مهلة تسديد وتقديم التصريح السنوي عن أعمال سنة 2013 لشركات الأموال ولمكاتب التمثيل التي تمثل هذه الشركات.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الالكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية.
