إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وحيث ان مجلس بلدية ايطو - قضاء زغرتا قد فقد أكثر من نصف عدد اعضائه،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1834 /ب/2014 تاريخ 26/6/2014،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية ايطو - قضاء زغرتا - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام زغرتا القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية ايطو حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
