ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان الشمالي رقم 3827/إ/2013 تاريخ 10/7/2014،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد خليل جرجي سالم، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة بطرام - قضاء الكورة مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد ابراهيم الياس الملكي وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
