ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 1416 تاريخ 7/7/2014،

بناء على نص المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات وتعديلاته)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 2366 تاريخ 26/12/2012، بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: «يتولى محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية جبعا - محافظة بعلبك الهرمل حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد». والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
