ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977، وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على القرارات الصادرة عن وزير الداخلية والبلديات بإستحداث بلديات جديدة ضمن قضاء بعلبك (الانصار - مزرعة التوت - مصنع الزهرة - بيت مشيك والكنيسة).

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: كلف محافظ بعلبك الهرمل القيام بأعمال البلديات المستحدثة (الانصار - مزرعة التوت - مصنع الزهرة - بيت مشيك والكنيسة) الواقعة ضمن قضاء بعلبك، وذلك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد لها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
