إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1569/ب تاريخ 2/10/2014،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد مخايل الياس البستاني، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سناً في بلدة الدبية - قضاء الشوف مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد مطانيوس فريد بستاني وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
