إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 2549/ب/2014 تاريخ 28/10/2014،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية كرمسدة - قضاء زغرتا - محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام زغرتا القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية كرمسدة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
