ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/19

47، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 1542/ب/2014 تاريخ 11/11/2014،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد الياس رشيد نعيمه، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة عمارة شلهوب، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد جوزف فرجلله مسعود وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
