-في التعديل- ان شركة SAFEGE S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 4/9/2010، تحت رقم 2580 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 17/10/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 12016/2014، بأنَّ مجلس إدارة الشركة، المنعقد في 15/10/2013، قد أخذ علماً باستقالة السيِّد Yann FAJOLLES كممثل دائم وكمدير لفرعها في لبنان، بحيث تكون هذه الاستقالة نافذة اعتباراً من 31/12/2013، وتمَّ الاقتراح في المجلس بتعيين السيِّد Benoرt SAMANOS ليحل مكان السيِّد Yann FAJOLLES اعتباراً من 2/1/2014 كممثل دائم وكمدير للفرع في لبنان.
