إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاءين المقدمين من الخبيرين السيدة هند الشيخ محمد عساف والسيد وفيق خليل نصر الدين المتضمنين طلب شطب اسميهما من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت المسجلين برقم 1173/ق تاريخ 9/12/2014 ورقم 1194/ق تاريخ 11/12/2014،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 16/12/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبهما، اسمي الخبيرين السيدة هند الشيخ محمد عساف والسيد وفيق خليل نصر الدين من جدول الخبراء فرع المحاسبة - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
