- في التعديل - إن شركة Kraft Foods Middle East & Africa Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 22/1/2002، تحت رقم 2196 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/12/2014، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15174/2014، بأنَّها، اعتباراً من 25/4/2013، قد عدَّلت اسمها ليصبح: MONDELEZ EASTERN EUROPE EAST & AFRICA FZE، وبأنَّها قد قررت إيقاف نشاط مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وإقفاله، وذلك بموجب محضر اجتماع المنعقد بتاريخ 23/9/2014 . وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
