إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ 12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل)،

بناء على القانون رقم 44 تاريخ 11/11/2008 (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية) لا سيما البند 7 من المادة 9 منه،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد لغاية 20/4/2015 ضمناً، مهلة تسديد ضريبة الرواتب والأجور وتقديم بيانات الفصل الأول من سنة 2015 العائدة لها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بوزارة المالية.
