ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/19

47، وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 128/ب/2015 تاريخ 30/3/2015،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: عيّن السيد بطرس الياس الخوري باعتباره العضو الاختياري الاكبر سنا في بلدة دملصا - قضاء جبيل، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد الياس زخيا الخوري وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
