ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 449/ب تاريخ 7/4/2015،

بناء على نص المادة 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعدّل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 1427 تاريخ 12/8/2013، بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: «يتولى محافظة لبنان الجنوبي القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية انان حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد». والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
