- في التعديل - إنَّ شركة Development Transformations, LLC المسجلة بتاريخ 24/11/2014، تحت رقم 2790 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دوائر الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/2/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1988/2015، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية لاعضاء الشركة، المنعقد في 13/1/2015، ان يحلَّ السيد Juan Pablo Castro محل السيد Timothy Fairbank كمدير عام فرع الشركة في لبنان، الى حين تعيين مدير عام جديد؛ وقد مُنِح السيد Castro الصلاحيات اللازمة. وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
