المادة 1

-في التعديل- ان شركة البنك العربي ش م ع المسجلة بتاريخ 16/5/1943، تحت رقم 104 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/5/2015، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6308/2015، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الهيئة العامة غير العادية للمساهمين المنعقد بتاريخ 26/3/2015، تعديل المادة (6) من عقد تأسيس الشركة (البنك) لتصبح على النحو التالي: «يتألف رأسمال الشركة من «640.800.000/ ستمائة وأربعين مليونا وثمانمائة ألف دينار أردني»؛ كما تقرر أمور أخرى وردت في المحضر المشار إليه أعلاه. وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
