إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لاسيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11662 تاريخ 16/1/2014 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2014،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشركاء في «شركة محمد نزار الزعبي للصيرفة وشركاه» المنعقد بتاريخ 11/12/2014،

وبناءً على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد الى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 15/12/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة محمد نزار الزعبي للصيرفة وشركاه» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 261 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
