إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على إيداع محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 580/ب تاريخ 30/4/2015،

بناء على قرار مجلس شورى الدولة رقم 2014/643 - 2015 تاريخ 22/6/2015،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية بعبدا - اللويزة - قضاء بعبدا - محافظة جبل لبنان منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ جبل لبنان القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية بعبدا - اللويزة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
