إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ النبطية رقم 782 تاريخ 16/4/2015،

بناء نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية صفد البطيخ - قضاء بنت جبيل - محافظة النبطية منحلا حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام بنت جبيل القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية صفد البطيخ حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
