إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادتين السادسة عشرة والثامنة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11936 تاريخ 17/1/2015 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة للعام 2015،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 4/2/15 تاريخ 9/7/2015،

يُقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يُشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة حلبي للصيرفة - محمد عثمان الحلبي وشركاه» المسجّل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 34 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يُنشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسميّة ويُبلَّغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
