إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014 وتعديلاته (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته (قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية) لاسيما المادة (21) منه،

بناء على المرسوم 4082 تاريخ 14/10/2000 وتعديلاته (تنظيم وزارة الداخلية والبلديات)،

بناء على القرار رقم 1536 تاريخ 16/7/2015 (كف يد مختار بلدة كفرنيس)،

يقرر ما يأتي

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل في القرار رقم 1536 تاريخ 16/7/2015، البند /7/ من التبليغات بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي: تبلغ نسخة لجانب: -محافظة جبل لبنان/ لابلاغ صاحب العلاقة. بدلاً من: -محافظة النبطية/ لابلاغ صاحب العلاقة. والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مدة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
