إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 11934 تاريخ 17/1/2015 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2015،

وبناءً على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 19/27/14 تاريخ 24/9/2014 القاضي بالموافقة ل «بنك ابو ظبي الوطني (شركة مساهمة عامة)» على اقفال وتصفية فرعه في لبنان وشطب اسمه عن لائحة المصارف العاملة في لبنان،

وبناء على كتاب المصرف المعني تاريخ 23/10/2015،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يشطب عن لائحة المصارف إسم «بنك ابو ظبي الوطني (شركة مساهمة عامة)» المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 140 .

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
