ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على احالة محافظ عكار رقم 1291 تاريخ 29/10/2015،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

المادة الأولى: عيّن السيد خالد مصطفى السلخ، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الوحيد في بلدة عمارة - محافظة عكار، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المستقيل السيد رائد رياض خليل، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
