إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على كتاب صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 5015/ق تاريخ 20/10/2015،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 855 تاريخ 2/11/2015،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة العدل بالإنابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يُشطب اسم الخبير السيد موريس البير حبيقة من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة جبل لبنان بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

ييلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
