ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على ايداع محافظ النبطية رقم 2721 تاريخ 17/11/2015،

بناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

المادة الأولى: يعتبر مجلس بلدية الكفور - قضاء النبطية - محافظة النبطية منحلاً حكماً للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: يتولى محافظ النبطية القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الكفور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

المادة الثالثة: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
