بناء على المرسوم رقم 12563

بناء على قانون الاثار الصادر بموجب القرار رقم 166 ل.ر.

تاريخ 7 تشرين الثاني 1933

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للاثار.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ادخل في قائمة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية دير سيدة البلمند-قضاء الكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام باي عمل من شأنه تغيير شكل بناء هذا الدير او منظره العام الا بعد موافقة المديرية العامة للاثار على الاعمال المنوى اجراؤها.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
