(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 20 تاريخ

05/02/1998,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمنع استيراد البطاطا للاكل من اي جهة كانت اعتبارا من تاريخ 06/03/1998 .

المادة 2

- يستثنى من هذا القرار كميات البطاطا التي شحنت قبل تاريخ 06/03/1998 .

اضيفت العبارة التالية بموجب قرار رقم 42

تاريخ 06/03/1998 ج.ر 13 تاريخ 19/03/1998

"وذلك ضمن الكمية المحددة من قبل مجلس الوزراء (عشرون الف طن)."
