مادة 1: الغي قلم الجوازات المركزي في لبنان الكبير

Article premier: Le Bureau Central des Passeports du Grand-Liban est sup- prime.

المادة 2

مادة 2: سيقوم بمهمة هذا القلم كتاب معينون لهذا الغرض في مدينتي بيروت وطرابلس المستقلين اداريا وفي الوية جبل لبنان والبقاع ولبنان الجنوبي اما لواء لبنان الشمالي فيقوم موقتا بمهمة الجوازات فيه الكاتب المعين لذلك في طرابلس

Article 2: Le Service des Passeports sera assure dans les Munici- pes de Beyrouth et Tripoli et les Sandjaks du Mont-Li- ban, de la Bekaa et du Sud par des commis designes a cet effet. Dans le Sandjak du Liban-Nord, le Service des Passe- ports sera assure provisoirement par le commis des Passeports de Tripoli.
