المادة 2

انشئت في راشيا محكمة صلحية ذات صلاحية واسعة تقضي بدعاوى قضاء راشيا. إن قضاء راشيا تابع لدائرة اختصاص محكمة زحلة - معلقة البدائية. Article 2: Il est institue a Rachaya une justice de Paix a compe- tence etendue qui aura juricition sur le caza de ce nom. Le caza de Rachaya est rattache au ressort du Tribunal de 1re Instance de Zahle Mallaka.
