المادة 1

مادة 1: انشئت في دولة لبنان الكبير اعتبارا من اول شهر شباط سنة 1922 وظيفة مدير للدوائر الاقتصادية

Article premier: A compter du 1er Fevrier 1922, il est cree a l'Etat du Grand-Liban un poste de Directeur des Services Economi- ques.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان الدكتور الفونس ايوب عين في الوظيفة المذكورة براتب شهري قدره ثمانون ليرا سورية (مدير من الدرجة الثالثة) اعتبارا من يوم استلامه مهام وظيفته

Article 2: Le Docteur Ayoub Alphonse est nomme titulaire de ce pos- te au traitement mensuel de 80 L.S. (Directeur de 3me classe) a dater de son entree en fonctions.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يحق للدكتور الفونس ايوب ان يأخذ تعويض الغلاء المنصوص عليه في القرار 864 المؤرخ في 26 ايار سنة 1921

Article 3: Le Docteur Ayoub Alphonse aura droit a l'indemnite de vie chere prevue par l'arrete 864 du 26 Mai 1921.

مادة 4: ان السكرتير العام لدى المندوب السامي وحاكم لبنان الكبير مكلفان كل في ما خصه تنفيذ هذا القرار

Article 4: Le Secretaire General du Haut-Commissariat et le Gouver- neur du Grand-Liban, sont charges, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'execution du present arrete.
