مادة 1: حددت الرسوم التي تستوفيها شركة الغاز والكهرباء في بيروت اعتبارا من اول شهر نيسان سنة 1922 على الوجه الآتي: ليرات سورية (1) عن الكيلوات 0.205 (ب) وعن المصباح الذي قوته خمسون شمعة سعر مقطوع 2.05
