إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على كتاب صاحبة العلاقة المسجل برقم 5958/ق تاريخ 17/12/2015،

بناء على محضر مجلس القضاء الأعلى رقم 859 تاريخ 1/2/2016،

بناء على اقتراح المديرة العامة لوزارة العدل،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

المادة الأولى: شطب بناء لطلبها، اسم الخبيرة السيدة مريم عبد النبي علي من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع الترجمة - محافظة بيروت.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
