ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014، (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 7/م تاريخ 15/1/2016،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

المادة الأولى: عيّن السيد مصطفى محمد حبلي، باعتباره اول الخاسرين في حي المسالخيه - مدينة صيدا، مختاراً بديلاً عن المختار المتوفي السيد ابراهيم عبد الله ديماسي، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

المادة الثانية: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
