إن شركة Les Laboratoires Servier S.A.S. المسجَّلة بتاريخ 9/4/2001، تحت رقم 2157 (بالتسجيل)، في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرَّحت بتاريخ 4/2/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجَّل لدينا بالرقم 1486/2016، بأنها قد قرَّرت تجديد الصلاحَّيات المعطاة الى السيِّد Jean Christophe Courvoisier-Clement بصفته مسؤولاً عن مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيَّات اللازمة؛ وذلك بموجب القرار الصَّادر في 20/7/2015، ويسري مفعوله اعتباراً من 24/7/2015، ويبقى ساري المفعول لمدَّة ثلاث سنوات أي لغاية 24/7/2018 .

وإشعاراً بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
